• TAI is dedicated to bring together in a sprit of friendship and goodwill all persons who share in the aspirations, frustrations and successes of the men and women who pioneering in military aviation in the Tuskegee experience.

• TAI inspires and motivates young men and women, particular minority group members, towards endeavors in aviation and aerospace science careers.

• TAI is a membership that is a resource dedicated to encourage youth to aim high and dream big – then help them achieve their lofty goals.

• TAI informs our community of the heroes within our midst and use the positive examples of their courage, competence and endurance to motivate youth – then provides the leadership and personal contact necessary to help youth to achieve.

• TAI is an ethnically and culturally diverse organization that supports the national goals of illuminating and preserving the legacy of the accomplishments of the approximately 15,000 men and women who shared the Tuskegee Experience.
